Episode #2- Luis Ramirez

So Episode 2...no longer just a trial.  I'm doing this thing.

I sat down with my friend Luis Ramirez recently to talk about a lot of stuff.  Shu was much more in the creative vein than Luis is.  Luis works at a credit union, and while an appreciator of the arts, is much more sports/pop culture-oriented.

A couple things I didn't know about him was that he's a first generation from Nicaragua, and that he had a very similar upbringing to myself in terms of parenting.

Didn't get to it, but he's a HUGE Angels Fan.

Luis is a really easy-going guy, but a very direct.  If he doesn't like something, he's gonna say it.  It's one of his more endearing qualities.  I actually was on his radio show when he was doing one at LA Valley College.  These pictures are totally unauthorized, but they're on Facebook, so I mean...it's out there.  He was a great interview, and I hope he comes back.  It's fun to talk people that I know, and think I know reasonably well, and realize I need to spend more time talking to them more meaningfully...or maybe that's just our relationship?  I don't know.  All part of this discovery.

We kind of killed it doing BSB Karaoke.
